In these IG photos, Dua Lipa has super defined abs in a shiny bra top

The 2022 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball is a huge annual event, so it was only natural that Dua Lipa was invited to take the stage, and Dua took to Instagram to put up some videos and photos of her appearances, and of course, they were ~everything~.

The 27-year-old pop star wore a stunning three-dimensional white bra top with matching high-waisted pants that perfectly accentuated her powerful core. In the video, you can see Dua dancing around the stage while showing off those sculpted abs, Dua singing along and Dua starting her grove while showing everyone how super sculpted and fit she is.

“Ending the year with you @iheartradio 🤍❄️,” she wrote in the caption. Yes, it’s been a big year for Dua (and not just because there are rumors right now that she’s dating the one and only Jack Harlow), so people are cheering her on in the comments. “Love you Queen,” one wrote, while another simply said, “Damn you ……”

Dua apparently feels like she looks beautiful as she shares more photos of her “healthy” body on Instagram.

This is hardly the only time Dua has shown off her abs lately. She also showed off those toned abs again with a front lace-up sweater for Jingle Ball LA.

Of course, Dua has put in a lot of work to become so strong. For starters, she’s a talented yogi. The singer has released a series of videos and photos showing her complete ability to strike complex poses, including her impressive upside-down crow pose in front of a beautiful landscape:.

Dua previously told Viva that she tries to “work out as much as I can,” and she prefers to do it first thing in the morning. Because, as Dua told Refinery29, “working out is really the start of my rest day.”

But it’s not just yoga that Dua enjoys. She also does a combination of Pilates, strength training and HIIT workouts. For the past three years, she’s been working with trainer Sora Connor, who recently shared some insights on their workouts with Women’s Health.

“We always work out the whole body,” Connor shared. “Sometimes it’s more focused on the core, other times it’s the hips. The main goal is to work the muscles and make them strong and toned, but the focus is on creating a long, lean line.”
